Perfume (パフューム) is an all-girl pop/techno trio from Hiroshima. Kashiyuka, Nocchi, and A~chan who debuted locally in 2001 and nationally in 2005. Forming into Perfume at 12 years of age. In 2007, Perfume released Polyrhythm, which became their first Top 10 in the Oricon charts. In 2008, Perfume's 2nd album, GAME, reached #1 and sold about 104,000 copies in the first 4 weeks and made it to #23 in ORICON Top 2008 Albums, selling 391,493 copies. Their success continued in the single, Love the World, making the group's first #1 single. Their latest single, ワンルーム・ディスコ (One-Room Disco), was released on March 25 taking the #1 spot on the ORICON Charts for the second time.
